Ouch-- revisions came back at -900k

For those who are new,

I use Fibonacci Sequences as the core of my analysis. I do implement both mechanical and contextual levels (from market profiles) in my analysis. I typically use mechanical levels to identify potential areas of support/distribution.

Just a quick note—

I color code just so they are easier to read and understand, since there are alot levels with fibs.

• Blue - discount zones (support levels)

• Purple - zones I’m looking for price to defend, (line in the sand)

• Red - premium zones (resistance / distribution zones)

News for tomorrow

• PPI prints tomorrow, so just be aware of that.

• We also have crude oil inventories

Quick Recap

• We had a look below and fail, retested the prior days VAL and finish off with a alittle bit of a trend day closing near the hi of the day

• As you can see we did have some poor structure left over from prior day that needed to be balanced out.

• We did have job revisions come in at about -900k huge revision

  • This number affects rate cuts.

• We did have back to back balancing days, so there isnt too much to go over, it’s pretty straight forward.

• As you can see here, we hold that 6491 and complete that target at 6528

Going into tomorrow

What i’m looking for »

• Hold above 6485 to maintain this current sequence

  • Upside targets 6534 | 6547 | 6560 | 6588

  • Potential retest of support 6513 | 6491

• Break below 6485

  • Downside targets 6476 | 6444 | 6417

• As I say when we start getting into those red zones, you just want to be cautious chasing longs, because these areas do carry a potential for distribution. — Likewise with the blue zones — you dont want to be chasing shorts into discount zones.

Anyways, be safe tomorrow, dont forget about the news print (been there) and dont forget to pay attention to the VIX
